If you need something to look forward to in the midst of the working week, come along for a reset and recharge at our midweek meditation lunch club. A perfect blend of relaxation, mindfulness and nourishment. This is a wonderful opportunity to disconnect from your daily routine, centre yourself, and recharge for the rest of the week. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome!
Half hour meditation (Noon & 1pm) and then enjoy time with your fellow meditators over a cup of something quenching, and, or a nourishing bite to eat. Drop-ins welcome; booking appreciated.
